>  Where do you ship to?

>  What are your Shipping rates?

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location. Shipping is free to US, UK & EUROPE for all orders over $49.00/-

>  When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 days of purchase. During holidays the processing time may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it's available.

 

 Delivery:

>  What are the shipping times?

  • Orders generally ship within 3-7 business days of the order being placed. 
  • Once your order ships, shipping to the United States takes approximately 10-25 business days. 
  • Outside the US, shipping varies between 15-35 business days.
  • Shipping times are not certain due to the many variables involved in overseas shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping.

>  I Ordered multiple items, why did I receive only one?

We ship your items from various international warehouses in order to get them to you as fast as possible. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on their way.

>  How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. This email will also instruct you on how to track your order. Please note that after receiving this email it will take a few days for the tracking information to correctly display.

 

Orders:

>  How to place an order?

First of all, find a product that you like.
Click the "Add To Cart" button and then click the "Checkout" button.
Fill in your address information and choose a payment method.
Done!

>  Can I still change my order?

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it hasn't been fulfilled yet. Please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to change anything.

>  Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, you will receive a refund for your purchase. If it has been shipped already, you have to return the package to us after receiving it. You will receive a refund once we have received your package.

>  What is your returns policy?

Our return policy lasts for 30 days after receiving your order.

*NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You have to return your product(s) at your own expense. Also, we cannot take responsibility for selecting the wrong frame option or the wrong size of a product.
